Our Process-->
1. Empty everything from the garage so we can start with a blank slate.
2. Our clients decide what is trash as we remove things from the garage.
3. Take away items are loaded on our box truck. Up to one full box truck of trash removal is included in the price above.
4. Sweep the floors and wipe down walls.
5. We build back the garage starting with large items first and then sort smaller items by type. Up to 3 hours of organization help is included in the prices above.

Prices Include :
(Up to 2 hours of labor)
(Up to half of a 16 Ft box truck of trash removal)
(Up to 10 mile delivery of items you want to keep)
(Sweeping the unit)
Our Process:
1. We will go through the unit with you and remove any trash identified.
2. Sweep the floors
3. If you are keeping the unit then we will provide organization help including bringing containers and installing shelving or cabinets. (Materials purchased will be an additional cost)
4. If you are not keeping the unit then the items you want to keep can be delivered up to 10 miles away from the facility at the above cost. Extra mileage will be 75 cents per mile.
CUSTOM GARAGE ORGANIZING
For garages, basements and pole barns we offer entirely custom packages for organizing your garage. We will start with photos of the space or a free in person consultation. One of our team members will make suggestions for how we can get your garage back to the functionality you have been waiting for. We will make recommendations for the types of storage solutions that would work best in your space. We will buy and install the following and more.

I highly recommend! Had to get house and garage cleaned out and organized as we sold our home of 27 years. Lilly and David came prepared with everything. They even brought me moving boxes and helped me pack up alot of the garage for our move after organizing and taking things away for me. They arrived on time and worked very hard even clearing out our mini barn. I got more than I paid for and am grateful for all they did to help me.

Oh my gosh, if you are even thinking about doing this, book them. I was blown away by the professional way they handled everything, the prompt responses, and the value was amazing. We were literally chest deep in a two car garage with no pathway after summer cleaning and the boys moving out for college, and they came and did all the work in one day!! They even installed a shelf with bins for tons of storage. My favorite part, is that it doesn't just go to the landfill! They recycle and resell everything they can. So impressive, and I'm very grateful to have my whole garage back!

Very POOR service. We hired Brandon and his team as movers and paid the deposit. A week later we had to cancel (which was 1 month before our move date) and they said we’d receive our deposit back. It has now been 6 months of fighting Brandon Brooks for our deposit back. They basically have ghosted us. This is absolutely not how a business should be run or how customers should be treated. If they have $ issues, a business should never put that on the customer. Do not recommend them at all.
During this time, a past customer of his contacted me stating that she too was ripped off by him. He had lied about the length of the project and she had cameras to back it up. She was able to contact her bank and get her $ back.
