I hired this company to do my project because I thought the price was reasonable. The company rep agreed to do the project at the requested day. However, the company rep decided to inform me that due to traffic they would be arriving very late and wanted to know if I would like to reschedule. This happen during the day and time the project was supposed to start. I feel that time management and allocating enough time to get to a project that you agreed to do is a huge part in being successful and making clients happy. I have nothing against the company but I thought this was very unprofessional if I'm being honest. I had to cancel the job at the last minute and make other arrangements because the person couldn't get to the job at the time we both agreed on.
