I manage some buildings myself and use Letts for others. They find quality tenants to fill my empty units, collect the rent, take care of maintenance issues, emergency on call services, snow plowing, lawn care, and inform me right away of larger issues. I've saved a lot of money in the long term and they protect my investments. They also give me piece of mind by saving me time so I can concentrate on other work and time to travel.
