- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With booking my services half of your total is your deposit. This money is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 1-2 weeks before your event based on the event type.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer is acquiring business with me I like to do a consultation via phone. This allows me to get all the details they are looking for to provide the best service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've aways had an eye for decorating. If you ask people in my family they'd say Crystal was always trying new things and showing people her work.
