Jon installed two new bathtubs, a utility sink in the garage, and tiled the walls and floor in one bathroom. He also tiled the floor in two other bathrooms, foyer, kitchen, and laundry room. I was quite happy with all of the work that was done. He was very good at communicating and asking questions when he had questions. I will use his services again.

I had my garage redone. The previous owner of the house took the garage door off and replaced it with a regular door. He also took part of the garage and made a separate room for a workshop. I had the room taken out, lots of cabinets and benches and electrical, and a new garage door put on. Also had the roof fixed where it was sagging. Jon did an amazing job. I was very pleased with the work and am hiring him to do more work on my house. I would definitely recommend him.

John is very easy to work with. I love my new bathroom. The only problem was how long it took to finish. Work was done in December over the holidays. Due to several different types of emergencies and issues that came up it did take longer for the work to get done. But that was the only issue I had. I will definitely call him again if I have more work that needs to be done.

He took the time to remove siding off the entire back side of our garage to use it for repairs and then replaced the back side of the garage with new siding. This prevented us from having siding that didn't match due to fading. Jon did a great job. I would highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any type of repair work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to them about what they are wanting and expect. Give them a quote and go over payment. Then find the material they have described and show them. Do the work at a professional level and make customers happy. I include the customers in every step of process and just make them apart of it so I can hear there feed back.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
yes, keep up on new ideas and ways, and take classes for plumbing and well pump classes.
