Grateful plumbers should be at the top of everyone’s list these guys first of all couldn’t be nicer more respectful or just awesome. It’s taking me a while to write this review actually thumbtack had to send me a notification but I want to give them 25 stars!!! I will call them for absolutely any plumbing need I have for as long as I own this house… Call them once you’ll be hooked!!!

Adam at Grateful Plumber was very responsive, professional, prompt and knowledgeable. We live in a manufactured home we bought last November. We had plumbing problems and he repaired them properly. I highly recommend Grateful Plumber. With all he did, I thought He was affordable. He owns the business, so he cares about his customers.

I am a new home owner of a 120year old house and there was a suspect drain that my air conditioning and dehumidifier went to that was clogged. I feared the worse. Adam arrived right at the beginning of the time window, which I appreciated. He was up front about pricing and said if the snake didn't work he wouldn't charge me for it, but it would likely be a bigger issue with the ancient draining system. The snake fixed it and Adam asked if there were any other questions I had. He gladly took the time to look over the plumbing in the basement house and the answered questions I had.

Adam was amazing!! He is very reliable and dedicated to see the job through to completion. Our gas was shut off by the city and after completing the repair, he waited for their tech to arrive, test our system, and turn the gas back on. I would recommend him to anyone.
