I had trouble getting my dishwasher to work post install and they agreed to come out to look at it. But prior to coming out, they asked many detailed questions on how my installation process went. They help me troubleshoot the issue over the phone (a light switch that served as the physical shut off) and I was off and running. Even though they did not perform any physical work, they’re past experience in work similar to this helped solve my issue. If I’m in need of another similar installation, definitely starting my search with Alpha installations.

Diego lived up to the hype!!! I needed to remove an old and install a new dishwasher. After shopping around and receiving some outrageous quotes Diego saved my mini home improvement project. He was able to come the next day and all the problems the other guys had were no problem for Diego. I’ll be using him again on all my future projects. Great work, and extremely knowledgeable, punctual and professional. My only regret is I didn’t call him earlier.
