Matt was very professional and came out right away even though today is the Labor Day holiday. He did not charge extra for the holiday call out and his prices were very reasonable that were below the franchise plumbing company's prices. I sent him pictures of the issue and he gave me at a flat rate for the job that he quoted by the pictures I put on Thumbtack before even coming out. I highly recommend Matt to anyone needing a plumbing job done ASAP at a fair price. I will be using him again for any future plumbing issues that may arise.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my work is based on a flat rate scale. Or a by the foot, square, etc. This prevents the customer from feeling scammed with high hourly rates for slow work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by providing a general quote or a specific quote if enough info has been provided. For small repairs I then like to come out with the intention to complete the repair. For larger jobs I can come out to provide accurate estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several hard years of on the job training.
Epa certified.
Apprenticeship program.
