My rating is 4.6 Zo & his colleague are very professional & kind. He is knowledgeable but our communication was not ongoing. I felt some things were not done. A lot of it was me not having the knowledge that a plumber cannot finish things like drywall or cutting things to make room for a drain that’s too long even with my permission. So it doesn’t have that finished look. I thought the area for the W/D hole was more than it had to be & disappointed the drain didn’t go into the box it was intended for. The P-trap was already in the crawl space I was told & some areas were too tight to replace piping but was scraped/cleaned out. Another pipe was drooping & never braced up. Couldn’t put the drain in for the bathtub because it has an old drum drain & not a p-trap. That took awhile after explaining it to me (& googling) to understand that. I just wished I had known some things as work was being done for options to have it done. Things were added on the estimate such as pipe tubing I felt if he went into the crawlspace prior during the estimate he could have given me a more detailed estimate. The bathtub & sink (except still stainless drain)fixtures work great. Finally all the sediment worked through the pipes & I have good pressure everywhere but it took awhile. He did come out being very responsive & explained a lot to me that makes sense now. I can tell he knows his job, he is responsive & may not have known how much he needed to explain things to me. I have handymen to do the finishing part of W/D, cutting part under sink that does not allow the matte drain to go in & shim the sink so both drawers close & can then caulk, & may hire Zo to install the P-trap (remove drum trap). I would hire Zo again because he made sure I was satisfied with everything & went above & beyond to make sure I understood.

Zo was able to get one of the drain lines working. The other line he was able to find the area that was the main problem and proposed a way that he could get around it that would be much cheaper than what has been suggested by other vendors.

My pricing is upfront flat rate or by the Job task that need to be done. Yes I do offer 10% discount for Seniors, Veterans, Active duty, Teachers and Law Enforcement

I will come into the situation with my priority of taking care of the customer. Once I acknowledge exactly what is going on we will come to an agreement and complete the job. Will provide a FIVE STARS service
