I hired Kelu event a couple of times for my events decor and her services are top notch. She did balloon arrangements for my baby shower and another on my birthday and a backdrop for my baby’s christening event as well. (I will insert all pictures) she delivers beautiful finishes that wows every one, very professional and you get value for your money.
