- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system based on the typical size of homes in todays market and the frequency that I clean the home. My flat rate prices cover up to 3.5 hours of service for up to 3 cleaners. After that time, I typically bill in 15 minute increments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working on a new home for the first time, I like to do a walk through of the home with the client and go over any problem areas, or areas of the home that the client is particularly concerned with. Typically, during or prior to the first initial visit/ clean, my recurring clients will receive an informational packet as well as a service agreement. This packet describes what is included in the service, my prices for service as well as add-on's, scheduling, and FAQ's.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received a degree in Business Management and Accounting and have also received a certificate in Residential Planning. I have worked in both fields for over six years, owning and operating my business for over three.
