- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we have a minimum charge of 55.00 but you can get 3 areas clean for only 69.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
after doing cleaning for so long we have created our own method of cleaning tha does amazing things I call it magic. we treat every customer like family there's no new or existing customers that we treat different we are here to please everybody and give them a 100% effort.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
the best training was the one my dad thought me.. plus I have different carpet and tile cleanig certifications with The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification,
