Quentin was my tech who came over. He messaged me about 20-30min before he arrived and let me know he was about 20-30min away. He arrived with a smile on his face and was happy to get the job done. He asked right away what the problem area(s) was/were and what needed to be treated. I explained that my daughter’s cat had urinated on my brand new sofa due to an infection and despite numerous attempts to clean it myself, I was unable to. He asked me to point out the main troubled areas so he could make sure to really hit those areas with deodorizer first and treat those areas the heaviest. He cleaned my entire couch in less than an hour.

Quentin arrived on time an began to clean carpet and upholstery after getting any information he might need to do the job. I had questions about a chair that has some silk in the material. Can I say the chair looks amazing! The carpet looks great-my husband even commented on the results of the carpet clean-“this looks better than anytime before”. Will definitely use again!!
