- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In I.T. we are always training with the newest technologies. Microsoft and hardware changes come fast so my nose is always in some article or certification book.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always wanted to be an Information Technology professional. I decided when I was 32 to go back to school and earn needed certifications to achieve my goals.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus/malware removal, Laptop screen repair, system builds, networking, OS installs/refreshes.
