My pricing is transparent and based on the scope of the work. Services may be billed hourly or at a flat rate depending on the issue. I always discuss pricing upfront before starting any work, and there are no surprise fees. Discounts may be available for repeat customers or ongoing support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the issue and whether it’s for a home or business environment. After reviewing the details, I recommend the best solution and explain the expected cost and timeline. Once approved, I complete the work efficiently and confirm everything is working properly before closing out the job. I also take time to explain what was done in plain language.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal IT education and hands-on experience supporting users, systems, and business technology. I hold CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications, and I am currently working toward Project+. My focus is on practical, real-world solutions that keep systems reliable, secure, and easy to use.
