Introduction: My service stands out because I treat every single customer of mine as I would want to be treated- fairly, well-informed with respect and courtesy. It is not about the technical jargon that so many in the IT field emulate, rather it is about building trust between myself and my client- trust that comes from an honest appraisal of the work and providing reasonable and negotiable costs. I charge by the project, not by the hour. I gain the greatest satisfaction when I am able to help a client resolve what initially can be a very stressful issue. I don't just gain a customer, I want them to know they gain a trusted ally in a very complex and constantly changing technology area. A person once told me that problems are merely challenges waiting to be overcome. I strive to live by that ideal.
