Sean T was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done so I could understand it. He was very prompt and his prices were very reasonable. I will definitely call him again if I need any computer repairs and have referred him to my family.Jul 6, 2017
Sean was very knowledgeable about the troubles i had with my PC. I was satisfied with the repair and upgrade that he did in a timely matter and at a fair price. I will be going to him with all my computer needs from now on.Jan 29, 2016Verified
He didn't tell me until AFTER I had already paid upwards of $100 for a repair that my repair tended to be inadvisable to perform and that my computer would remain fragile, and that to me feels like I've been scammed. I would have liked that information up front.Jan 9, 2016Verified
Sean was quick, professional, and trustworthy. He replaced my Macbook Pro retina display. He offered multiple options for what I could do to fix it. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and colleagues for other computer repairs.Oct 7, 2015Verified
- How did you get started doing this type of work?As a child, I think my fascination with how things work is what ultimately led me to fixing computers. Before I ever called myself a professional, I spent many hours taking things apart and trying to put them back together, whether it was a computer, or random electronics around the house. I learned a lot, and ultimately decided to educate myself, earn my certifications, and pursue technology as a profession.
- What types of customers have you worked with? Most of my service calls are for PC tune-ups and virus removal. I also receive several others for miscellaneous issues, such as simple Windows errors all the way up to complete hardware failure.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?My best advice is to look for someone certified who can provide various references, and it's also a plus to find someone who can explain your issue in simple terms and leave you better educated afterwards.
