I was doubtful my printer could actually be "fixed" - it seems most people think they are disposable. Rob was able to tell right away what the problem likely was, and it cost me only $70 to get it rejuvenated! That saves me a fortune on the ink cartridges I have specifically for this printer alone! (I also bought a brand-new small b/w laser printer he had in the shop - just in case I need a backup down the road.) Well worth the trip!
