- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer focuses on eliminating administrative chaos by acting as a single-source solution. Here is how the process usually unfolds: 1. Consolidation & Strategy Instead of you managing multiple vendors (one for training, one for drug testing, and another for physicals), KB-The CPR Lady acts as your single point of contact. The first step is identifying which "Mega Bundle" or New Hire suite fits your specific industry requirements. 2. Streamlined Scheduling The process is designed to reduce "employee friction." For Training: They offer flexible formats, including onsite mobile training (bringing the classroom to your office), live virtual sessions, or hybrid blended learning. For Health Services: Drug tests and physicals are scheduled at facilities within the employee’s specific zip code, meaning your new hires don't have to travel to a central corporate office to get cleared. 3. Integrated Onboarding Execution Once a bundle is selected, they coordinate the logistics for all components simultaneously: Compliance Training: OSHA 10/30 or CPR/AED/First Aid. Medical Screening: DOT or Rapid drug screens and occupational physicals. Vetting: Background checks and DNA testing (if required). 4. Consolidated Reporting & Billing To reduce the HR team’s administrative burden, they provide: One Clear Report: Covering all services (training results, drug test status, and physical clearance). A Single Invoice: Removing the need to track payments across various vendors. 5. Ongoing Compliance & Support For long-term partners, the process extends into AED Management (tracking equipment maintenance) and Renewal Reminders for certifications to ensure your workforce never falls out of compliance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Qualifications & Background My work is built on a foundation of real-world emergency response and a deep commitment to high-standard safety education. Since 2017, I have bridged the gap between clinical expertise and classroom instruction. Clinical & Field Experience National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT): As a nationally certified EMT, I maintain a rigorous standard of medical knowledge and emergency skills that meet federal requirements. 911 First Responder: My perspective is shaped by active field experience. I have spent years responding to high-pressure 911 emergencies, giving me a practical understanding of how life-saving techniques are applied when every second counts. Instructional Credentials I am a multi-agency certified instructor, allowing me to offer my clients the specific curriculum that meets their regulatory needs. Since 2017, I have held instructor certifications with the world’s leading safety organizations: American Heart Association (AHA): Specializing in BLS and Heartsaver programs. American Red Cross: Providing OSHA-compliant CPR, AED, and First Aid training. American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI/HSI): Delivering flexible, high-impact safety solutions. Emergency Care & Safety Institute (ECSI): Utilizing world-class content developed by the AAOS and ACEP. The "Instructor-Practitioner" Advantage Because I am an active first responder, my training sessions go beyond the manual. I provide my students with real-world context, "pro-tips" from the field, and the confidence that comes from learning from someone who has successfully performed these life-saving measures in real life.
