- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is all-inclusive with no hidden fees for travel (unless >100miles from Indianapolis), setup, or teardown. Discounts may be available for off-peak dates or military/veteran clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with an initial consultation to understand the event vision. We then use my free online planning software to finalize music choices, timeline, and any special requests. Communication remains open until the big day to ensure a stress-free experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over two decades of military event planning experience and SPHR and PMP certifications, I bring precision and organizational skills to every event. Additionally, I have 14 years of MC/DJ experience, providing tailored entertainment and public speaking.
