Heartwood was great to work with for our door installation and replacement project. We had multiple changes to the project as time went on, and they remained very professional and thorough. Price was reasonable as well.
Communication later on in the project was a little spotty, but they made up for it in a rare trait: Doing exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. In a world full of constant reminders and "confirmations" for 4-hour appointment windows some folks never bother to show up for, I'll take under-communicating but over-performing and punctuality any day. Thanks!!
