- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge for travel and labor. We dont charge a customer when we mess something up or something goes wrong with the installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well I like to go out and see the job that way I can give them the best price. Then once I look at it I will send them an invoice and then we can work out the best day for me to come out and do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My dad and I both for other electrical company's so its mandatory that we keep up with the code.
