Only thing the Repairman could have done better is tell me where to find replacement cables that didn't cost me $45. He didn't tell me the price until after he installed them. I thought they were free?

Door went off track over night, submitted request online thru thumbtack and received a quote within 10 minutes from garage doors of indy. The quote was low but it was plus parts so you know what that means. Tech showed up within 1 hour of the 4 hour window and within the hour he was done. Ask of I was paying with card and gave me my total...... yes it was the original quote. Great service no pushy sales pitch and my door is old. They will be installing my new door.

Called late morning, had an appointment scheduled, they called to confirm tech arrival within a 3 hour window, tech called shortly after to say he was on his way in 20 minutes, arrived within the first hour. The tech, Justin, also provide a little history on my openers for future reference, had my spring replaced, and new roller, wheels added, within 20 minutes, very nice young man representing this company. Would call again for service if needed.
