At AWEZ Construction, we provide transparent and detailed estimates so you know exactly what to expect. Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and labor required. We do not include hidden fees, and we clearly outline all costs upfront. In some cases, we offer discounts depending on project size or repeat clients. A deposit is typically required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion or based on agreed milestones.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand your needs and evaluate the project. We then provide a detailed estimate and scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the project, coordinate materials, and begin work. Throughout the process, we maintain clear communication and provide updates. After completion, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations.
