- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients are provided with a one-hour complimentary design consultation. We discuss online, over the phone, or in person all aspects of what the client wants and the timeline for the project. My fees are based on an hourly rate plus materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting new clients, I ask questions to help understand what the client is looking for. We will discuss lifestyle. I give the client a general concept of how custom projects work, how payments work, and what to expect. I am transparent about my process and materials, and state these up front. The client doesn't have to think up the right questions to ask as most clients are new to having custom work created. I give my clients a sense of reassurance that I can manage the details of their dream and bring it to life for them.

I'm self-taught, and have been guided along my path by some wonderful, experienced mentors.
