While this company was prompt in their completion of my job, it was not completed correctly and the cost was unexpectedly high. The hot and cold taps are reversed, although I contacted them through e mail and text, no one returned to fix the issue. Although I repeatedly asked what the cost was, I was only informed of an additional $475 "for mold" when they were heading out the door. What's the point of paying almost $700 and still having a faucet that needs to be fixed again?!
