- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to be reasonably priced. I do not like paying high prices myself so I enjoy offering good prices to my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ve just always been able to troubleshoot and repair most anything around the house. I was ready to make a career change and decided to start my own handyman service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just 50 yrs of living & learning. By the time you’re in your late 50s , you’ve already made most of the mistakes and learned from them. Lol
