Introduction: My unique coaching style draws from my diverse background as a plant-based chef, yoga instructor, athlete, educator and student of herbalism. As a Precision Nutrition professional, I work with my clients to develop healthy living plans that are specifically designed to fit their nutritional needs. Making a positive lifestyle change is not just about knowing what to and what not to eat - the greatest challenge is often creating the right plan that works for you and sticking to it! Nutrition sessions typically include dietary assessments, identifying limitations, goal setting and meal recommendations. We can also schedule kitchen makeovers, grocery shopping trips and more. Through implementing gradual habitual changes, together we’ll create a sustainable program that promotes effective and lasting results. I am dedicated to empowering my clients with the tools to attain optimal health and radiant wellness. I enjoy the inspiration and satisfaction that comes from being a part of the journey towards total wellbeing. I believe healthy eating should be fun, delicious and uncomplicated. I love debunking industry myths and sharing insider tips/advice that can truly help optimize the process of change. We hired Maddy to design and prepare a organic farm-to-table style dinner party. Maddy was very professional, knowledgable, and timely. Over the course of three hours Maddy astutely guided my family and I through the process of making a number of dishes and was patient enough to talk through the nutritional basics of each. We felt inspired and continue to rely on much of the know-how she shared with us. We absolutely reccomend Maddy for your personal cheffing and wellness consulting needs.

Maddy's "uncooking" class inspired me to try more raw food recipes. The food was delicious and the instructions were very easy to follow. Makes it easy to eat healthy.

Since I started seeing Maddy, my overall health has improved dramatically.
