Hi my name is Simona Denney. I am the coordinator and off ice manager for Denneys Aquatic. Brian would be able to do your pool. We do have packages where he can come out weekly, bi-weekly or however it works best for you.
The $50 is a fee for him to come out and determine what all needs to be done to get your pool sparkling clean and to get the chemicals to where they will pass inspection by the board of health. Brian has worked for many years in apartment maintenance and the pool is a big part of his job.
Please let me know if you are interested and I can have Brian call you to set an appointment to come out and give you a quote. Then when you both agree on a day and time, the $50 comes off the first visit. Please ************************* and I will have him call this evening.
His pool cleanings are mainly done on weekends as he works full time for the apartments we live in.

Josh did a fantastic job of draining and cleaning our hottub. Also very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining how we should apply care for and add chemicals! Would definitely recommend him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will come out to give you an estimate and explain our services completely. There is a $50 fee for this service. Your first maintenance will get a $50 discount if you choose to use us!!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding how large the spa is, finding out how often it is used to know if it needs to be maintained once a week or 2 weeks, then scheduling a day of the week to come out and provide our spa services. We also explain that every 6 months or less depending on usage, we would need to come out for maintenance on the spa. That is extensive cleaning and maintenence.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner does this every week plus he has worked for a company that sells spas and he was in charge of cleaning and maintaining them. He has several years experience.
