Tammy regularly does a few hours of house cleaning. She has, so far, done vacuuming, changing linens, bathrooms including toilets, tubs, counters, and mirrors, dusting, electronics, and more. Tammy works hard and fast. I've already recommended her to friends.

Tammy has cleaned for me five times now and she's geat. She arrives on time works until everything is done. She will do anything asked. She's cleaned out my closets, drawers, pantry and cabinets and did a great job. She's polite and she's fast. In no time she had it looking and feeling clearer than I had expected. I've had a lot of housekeepers and she's the best I've had. I plan on having her in once a week for as long as she will do it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price in most cases are just a quote. If it's less work that needs done I will adjust my prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I greet my customers by name. I go over in detail on want it is their looking for. I explained what I do and see if there's any extra things they want done. After I clean I ask the client to go thru and see if they are happy, if not I go back over to try and fix the problem.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in need of extra money. I love the feeling I get from cleaning to stand back and see What you have done there's a feeling of pride.
