Licensed and insured small business. I have every other Tuesday's and Thursday's left to fill up for recurring client's. Available evenings and weekend's for move out/move in cleaning. Its just myself who will come to clean during the day. I have a checklist I use. For some move outs I will have done other person to help. I am always improving my quality of service. I feel like I learn something new all the time to make myself better for my client's. I like to have two homes a day to clean per day. Starting times either 9:00 am or 1 pm.

Kelleen did a great job cleaning this new to me house. It was really really dirty and it now smells and looks so clean and nice - I would definitely hire her again.

Excellent service and never missed a day that they were scheduled. After working all day and walking into a sparkling cleanhouse is absolutely wonderful. Detail oriented every visit and their efforts are truly appreciated. Extremely honest and trustworthy. The best in the business. Kelli and her team at Modern Day Cleaning are amazing.

Kelleen was fantastic! She was able to do a move out clean for me last minute and the work done was amazing. She even packed up the last things I had in the apartment that I had not yet gotten to. Walking in to an extremely clean and well packed apartment was one of the best surprises I could have had that day. I plan on hiring her for regular maintenance cleaning in the future. I will also be recommending her to my friends.

Modern day does such a great job for us at TCE The COVID 19 makes us want that piece of mind of a clean office weekly. Restrooms always look pristine and our kitchen as well. It's nice to have a brighten the office with a cleaning it even smells clean when they are done.

I charge by the house because, some jobs are tougher than other's.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So now requesting for my new client's to write a to do list. I just want to ensure a quality service to keep my client's happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a family member who works for a flooring comany who informed me when I started this how to care for all flooring types. I used Google to research how to maintain bathtubs/showers, and granite countertops. How to get ride of hard water stains as well.
