- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates are based on the time it takes to complete the cleaning or organization project. We take into consideration the size of the home and any special requests provided by the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand that cleaning and organization is not a one-size-fits all service. Upon providing an estimate, we ask questions that will give us a better understanding of your goals and needs at the time of service. If there are special considerations that our housekeepers need to take, we are happy to do so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of experience in the field. We continue our education by testing new products and methods in our own homes to make sure that they are safe and effective to use in your home. All of our housekeepers will be provided chemical safety training to ensure the best, safest results for themselves, your home and everyone in it.
