Hired on Thumbtack
Initially, they were responsive and showed up over a weekend and did decent work. However, I asked for additional work they agreed to as I am preparing for a house showing in 3 days. He said on Tuesday he could arrive Wednesday. He then texted Wednesday afternoon and said he had to take his son to practice and could not make it but would come first thing am Thursday. No text received Thursday to cancel despite multiple calls and texts. Barring a family emergency, this is unprofessional and they are not reliable. Would not use for future projects.
