Our typical process for working with a new customer is the following: ((Initial Contact)) Via call or email, Briefly discuss the details of the job, Schedule a time to meet and estimate the job ((Selling)) Giving a free estimate of the project, Using a comprehensive model to create the estimate, Delivering the estimate and contract either in person or via email ((Actual Job)) Work crew arrives on scheduled day, Finish job in amount of time agreed to in contract (we usually finish early) ((Finalization)) Allow customer a few days to appreciate work that has been completed in home before sending follow up call or email
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our work crew has over 14 years of experience in this industry. Our official Head of Customer Relations has a B.A. in Hotel Operations/Administration from Cornell University and a M.A. in Communications from Purdue University. That knowledge in the field of operations and communications combined with the skill and work experience of our crew equates to a great service provided to each and every customer we have the privilege of doing business with.
