- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to keep my pricing fair and honest. Every project is different, so I like to see exactly what you need before giving a price. I offer free estimates so you can understand the cost upfront. My goal is to give you quality work that you feel good about paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to understand what you’re looking for and what you want to improve in your home. Then I’ll give you an estimate and go over the details. Once we start, I focus on doing the work carefully and keeping everything clean and organized. I treat every home with respect like it’s my own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from hands-on work. I’ve spent years working on remodeling, carpentry, painting, and drywall. With every job, I’ve learned more and improved my skills. I always try to do things the right way and pay attention to the small details.
