Had appointment set for 4pm several days in advance because I have a busy schedule. Verified appointment was still on in the morning and then texted me 20 minutes till letting me know she wasn’t going to be there until after 6pm.. This was on a rental and I was out of my way to be there and meet. Bad business practice.
