- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price we quote you on Thumbtack is based on the information in your request. We do need to see your property to give an accurate quote. You can send us a photo for a more accurate quote. We also offer Free on property estimates for certain services offered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We just want to gain your trust and earn your business. Period. We like to schedule a visit/phone call to go over every detail of what the potential client wants, how the client wants it and when its best to begin working on the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life is the best teacher of all. My educational background has meant little compared to what Ive learned outside of schools and University.
