Introduction: I teach students based on what they want to learn, and no two students the exact same. I look at myself as a guide to help students achieve their musical goals. Many times people and students are on very different paths and levels so teaching in a cookie cutter way has never made sense to me.
I work with a wide range of students from different backgrounds, and at all different ages. I believe anyone who puts in the effort to learn, and has a genuine interest will be able to achieve their goals.
I have studied music for 20 years. Starting on piano at age 7 and then picking up the guitar at age 12. I studied advanced music theory with Dr. Judd Danby and have written and composed many different pieces of music. I also have spent a lot of time producing and recording music for myself and other artists. I worked at Vaults Music studio from 2010-2013 before breaking off and teaching from my home studio as well as traveling to students homes.
