- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My administrative support services start at $35/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Pricing may vary depending on the type of support needed, project size, turnaround time, and whether the work is one-time or ongoing. For larger projects or recurring weekly support, I’m happy to discuss a custom package rate. Rush or same-day requests may include an additional fee depending on availability. I’ll always confirm the scope, estimated time, and pricing upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a quick conversation to understand what kind of support you need, your priorities, timeline, and any specific systems or tools you use. From there, I’ll confirm the scope of work, estimated time, and pricing upfront so everything is clear before we begin. Once we get started, I stay organized, communicate clearly, and provide updates as needed. My goal is to make the process easy, reduce your workload, and help keep things moving smoothly. For ongoing support, we can also set up a simple routine for tasks, deadlines, and communication preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, account management, scheduling, operations, staffing coordination, payroll support, and client communication. My background includes supporting busy teams, managing day-to-day office tasks, organizing information, coordinating schedules, handling follow-up, and keeping processes running smoothly. I also have hands-on experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, email platforms, calendars, spreadsheets, and project/task organization. In addition, I hold a Certified Customer Success Manager certification and am currently studying for the SHRM-CP, which supports my work in client communication, organization, HR-related processes, and professional business support.
