- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is by minimum 16 week agreements! I believe that all of my clients have progressed well at this point with a major goal reached.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With everything going on in the world, we will start with a video/call consultation. From there we can decide to base our relationship off nutrition and exercise or just nutrition. We will create a process to where you will check-in with me weekly through custom questionnaire's and via messages. The program will be based on what you'd like to get accomplished over the next 16 weeks and forward. If necessary, we will also do video calls to continue on track with our goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold 2 Titles of Coaching/Personal Training: The American Aerobic Association International/ International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA) Master Trainer, and the Crossfit L-1. As you're reading this, until I am finished, I'm currently working on finishing my Level 1 in Precision Nutrition. Please feel free to look up any of those!
