Bryce has done a great job of helping me with creating healthier habits. I’ve increased my water intake, I’m eating more protein, I’m making healthier choices, watching my calories, and doing my best to take more active routes. As a busy working mom, it can be so hard to make huge life changes, but making little changes that are easy to fit into a schedule (and still have a big impact) has been so important for me.
