I’m a young , female personal trainer. I have four years of experience and am ACSM certified. I promote mental health and women empowerment! My goal is to educate my clients on the importance of exercising , and how powerful training is for the mental and physical. I would love to connect.

I’ve been training with Bri since August 2022. Anytime I work out I leave knowing I worked hard. She’s flexible with your time and motivates you to get up every gym day and prioritize your well being. I definitely recommend working with Bri because you will always try new workouts and she is always there making sure your form and everything is right, so there is no embarrassment like a normal gym.
