- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Starter package includes 4, one hour training sessions for $90.00. The first session we go over your goals, formulate a program that will work for your schedule and allow you to reach your goal in a timely manner. The 2nd and 3rd session we cover the exercises that need to be accomplished, and the 4th session we make a trip to the grocery store to educate you on how to meal prep, read labels etc. Additional packages and pay per session are available after the starter package.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, graduated in 2011. Also certified Personal Trainer, also achieved in 2011
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was very involved with athletics growing up and during high school. I always wanted to have a job where I would be able to help people in some way. I decided to combine my love for fitness and athletics and become a personal trainer to help others.
