FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer two different services. Individual training & Semi individual. One is a completely exclusive experience while the other you’ll be in the same environment working with other but you’ll still be doing your own thing. Individual is gonna be more costly with it being one on one but you can get just as good of experience with Semi which is what we typically recommend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost I take time to hop on a free consultation call to dive deeper into what we do and also get to know more information about the client or customer. From there we cover pricing and figure out what’s the best plan for them. Following that I get them set up for a Inbody body fat analysis scan at our local partner healthspot which is a supplement store where they also receive a supplement consultation all for free. This information allows us to put together nutritional information catered to them specifically. From there we get them their invoice out, get them booked and have them come in for their first session which serves as a functional assessment to determine ability level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified by NASM(National Academy of Sports Medicine), I’ve been certified through the Army as a Strength & Conditioning Coach as I had to train and grade soldiers on the ACFT, we worked hand and hand with college strength and conditioning coaches to get certified. I also served as a master fitness trainer for the military. Outside of that I’ve always been around athletics growing up and have over 10 years of practical experience.
