- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Responsible with excellent communication. I come prepared and will anticipate your needs. I’m a mature adult and own my own home. Thus I know what to expect in a home and with issues. Right now I am only doing 1, 2 or 3x/ day checkins. My rates vary depending on the duration you need and ask for. I have a holiday surcharge for sitting on holidays. I prefer to travel to you. I am not doing overnights at this time. I am an animal lover and a volunteer at a humane society.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet animals. Bring questions and suggestions. Lay out schedule and ways to communicate. Discuss needs and emergency plans. Get to know each other
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life long animal lover. Business executive who can solve problems and handle situations.
