- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60 per month for half hour lessons (usually 4 per month, sometimes 5 or 3, depending on holidays). Everyone gets a minimum of 49 per year (so at least, one free).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The prospective client reaches out with a phone number and we text each other and then talk (phone call) if there’s further interest. I give the first lesson, at no charge, to see if the fit seems good.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I go to workshops and classes in the community (Meridian Music, Piano Solutions, Butler University, etc). I have a Bachelors of Science in Music and a Masters in Music Education.
