Dustin is amazing. He replied to my initial contact in less than half hour. Then as I bombarded him with questions, he answered every one right up to my last ones after 9pm! He gave me honest opinions and advice based on his ample experience. He was confident and honest enough to give his true thoughts even when it was opposite to an idea I had. But he was also willing to do the best he could if I decided to go with my idea. Trust me, just take all his advice in the first place! I sent pictures of my plumbing issues (a bath tub pipe leak) that Dustin prepared me for the fact it may require replacing some of the pipes and faucet hardware. When Dustin got here and was able to see my issue in person, his ethics showed when he said he would be able to repair my hardware rather than replace it which would save me probably half or more. When I asked him about another potential issue that could arrive, he explained how he could fix that, but did not push me to get more work done. Dustin was very efficient and professional. And I didn’t get quotes from others, but from my experience, his prices are better than others you will see and he gives a warranty on his work. I will be using Dustin for all my plumbing needs! Thanks Dustin!

Dustin was a pleasure to work with. The response time was lightning fast and easy to schedule. I appreciated his professionalism and friendliness.
