We are very impressed how clean our house looks after Power Washing was done by Wayne from 519 House Washing, especially our all glass Sunroom. It looks like brand new! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
519 pricing is based on time not square footage. We have not changed our prices for the Seven Years we’ve been in Business. The Lowest Price is not usually the Best bargain when it comes to Power Washing. Volume Cleans, Not Pressure. Big Box Store Pressure Washers can not produce the Volume needed to effectively clean a Home. Hard Pressure should NEVER be used to clean Vinyl. Per the Vinyl Siding Manufacturing Industry. Soft Washing is their Recommendation. 519 House Washing & Power Washing, not only use the Soft Wash Process, we also produce our own Proprietary Solutions, that we Guarantee for Two Years from the return of Organic Growth.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we connected with the Customer. Depending on what they want done, we explain the process that will best complete their request. We use Soft Pressure for the many different sidings that Homes have on them. We use Surface Cleaners and Pressure Wands for the cleaning of Concrete and in some cases Brick.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the Power Washing Business for Seven years and have done countless Homes, Buildings, Condominiums, and Communities. Decks, Fences, Drive and Walkways.
