- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My standard process is to figure out the needs and the budget of the client, and come up with a solution that makes the client happy and fits their budget needs while also charging fairly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience working in both retail and wholesale printing companies.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Clients should know how much they need of something (for example, "invitations" is too broad to provide an accurate price quote, a quantity is extremely helpful in this).
