Our pricing is transparent and flexible -- we cater to your needs! Owners will find our prices to be very competitive because we allow them to control the decisions and financials. We've found that this provides a lot higher customer satisfaction, with no surprises to owners. Select from management only or add tenant placement (also known as leasing). Most owners love the flat rate package for tenant placement, where we offer showings and a move in inspection at a flat rate. If you are very price conscious, ask about the software-only package. We always start with a phone call to make sure that we're the correct solution for you.
